What You Need to Know

We know that sometimes life gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. You can find our full cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

As of July 1st, 2021, due to high demand for our stylists' time, The Mixx Hair Salon requests at least 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Appointments cancelled within 24-hours or for which clients are a "No-show" will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at The Mixx Hair Salon and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
